How we can work together
1 on 1 Coaching via Zoom
You want to dig in and spend an hour together exploring your goals and creating plans to put them into place. You know you’re someone who knows that 1 on 1 dedicated time is the sweet spot for you. All sessions are scheduled by you and we will meet weekly. Async coaching is available to add on for support between sessions.

1 month of coaching via Zoom (once per week): $450
3 months of coaching via Zoom (once per week): $1200
Async coaching add-on: $200/month
Async Coaching
You work best when you have access to “in the moment” support as you move through your day and tackle the world in front of you. Async coaching is conducted via Voxer. You’ll download the app, we’ll connect, and we’ll be able to send voice memos. Prior to starting async coaching, we’ll complete a 1 on 1 call via Zoom to get to know each other and align on your goals.

1 month of async voice memo coaching: $350
3 months of async voice memo coaching: $900
Zoom coaching add-on: $150/session
Lightening Session
Is something keeping you up at night? Do you need to talk through a challenge that you’re having? Would you benefit from support from a neutral party? Then a lightening session may be for you! All sessions are 60 minutes in length and handled via Zoom.

Coaching is a transformational tool. Coaching allows for a co-created relationship where we explore your deepest goals and desires, or even helps you figure out what those goals are. From there, coaching allows us to dig into measurable goals, obstacles that may be in your way, and action plans for success.

While both coaching and therapy can involve working with a professional to improve personal development, the key difference is that therapy focuses on treating mental health conditions and underlying emotional issues, while coaching aims to help individuals set and achieve specific goals, typically focusing on performance and future-oriented actions, without necessarily addressing the root causes of problems

Only you can truly answer that question but a good rule of thumb would be async coaching is great for in the moment coaching needs or opportunities while Zoom coaching allows us more time to dig into your goals and how to put them into action.

We will begin our work together with a 1 hour Zoom coaching session. This allows us to get to know each other a bit better, be sure we’re aligned on your goals, and answer any questions that you have. After that, we’ll leverage the app Voxer. You and I will connect and we’ll use that for sending voice messages back and forth.

Regardless of your choice to do async or Zoom coaching, you’ll sign up for the package that works best for you. You’ll schedule our sessions on line and everything will be sent to your in box.
